 Many developing countries of the world are blessed with so much abundant natural resources that ordinarily speaking one would have thougth that harnessing this natural resources for green and renewable energy  would not have been a major problem, but these countries are faced with a lot of developmental challenges that without  influx of external funding, harnessing these alternative energy resources  will remain a mirage for a long time to come but development partners  can assist in form of long term loan , grant ,donation.
