THE BASIC PRINCIPLES AND OPERATION OF SOLAR WATER HEATER
The solar water heater is made up of two basic parts :(1)the solar sensor(2)the water tank.
Cold water is pumped into the tank from a cold water source. Connected to the tank is a set of pipes called the sensor. As soon as the solar energy from the sun ray falls on the sensor , this is then converted to heat energy which is transmitted through the pipe to heat the cold water being pumped to the tank.

HOW SOLAR POOL WATTER HEATING SYSTEM WORKS
Water from pool is pumped by a pumping machine , it is then filtered by a device called filter whose primary function is the filtration of the pumped water from the pool.The filtered water is circulated through a device known as collector , it is in the collector that the water from the pool is heated by solar energy from the sun.A flow control valve is then placed between the filter and the collector and the function is to control water that comes through the collector.
